About TNAPS 3

TNAPS is a free cross-platform application server for .NET, Mono and Java with excellent component-driven architecture.

With TNAPS server application development is easier than ever - you create your own components or get existing ones from TNAPS Marketplace and combine them into application. Imagine building your application from fully-documented and 100% compatible blocks. That is what building with TNAPS feels like.

We are proud to announce that the next major release of our TNAPS application server platform will soon go into private beta, followed by a community preview release. Since our last stable TNAPS release in the past six months, we've been working tirelessly and passionately to bring you a new experience in server application development. In fact, we've switched the major version number because of the dramatic changes in architecture and approaches we have used in TNAPS 3.

It has never been this easy to design and implement RESTful or SOAP server applications, integrate them on the client side, and deploy them.

TNAPS Fundamentals

First of all, our fundamental principle remains strongly intact in the new version: any business logic you create can be a Product.

Starting from TNAPS 3, the approach to implement this principle is "completely component-driven development." Components can be written in any language - .NET or Java and application becomes a set of configured and linked components. Apps as well as TNAPS can be launched in any OS and can contain components written in any language, even in multiple different ones.

TN is proud to release TNAPS version 2.0.5, its final and most perfect release in the TNAPS 2.0.x lineup, as we look ahead to the 2.1 series. Look for highlights of the upcoming TNAPS 2.1 features in late October.

Updated Management Console (TNAPS MC)

TNAPS Management Console was comprehensively updated and reworked to provide more a robust and straightforward user experience. Standard configuration properties like user and groups policies are now graphically presented in a clearer, easy-to-use interface. Management Console now loads in just seconds.

Extensions Management

TNAPS now extends to virtually every part of the server, allowing extended functionality to developers. Now you can create custom bizlets, develop your own host providers, and add new user access policies and authentication methods (for example - biometric authentication tokens).

All of these extensions are now grouped into single node Extensions in the management console, so it’s easy to view loaded components from the extension assemblies. You can even add third party extensions and view third-party components loaded into TNAPS.

TN is proud to announce the conclusion of its partnership agreement with the Tokyo-based company NIPPON CLOUD CO., LTD. (brand name JP-CLOUD). From now on, JP-CLOUD shall act as the exclusive distributor of TNAPS in the following Asia Pacific Region countries: China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, Vietnam.

We greatly value this partnership and look forward to strengthening it in the future to provide valuable services, enhanced support and a great experience to our Asia Pacific customers.

December 3, 2009 (Tokyo) - TN, with the support of FIIF (Foreign Information Industry Forum), officially presentated its TNAPS (TN Application Server) technology platform to investors and the larger technology community in the Japanese market.

The presentation was attended by directors and technical specialists of principal Japanese software companies involved in development and distribution.

The TNAPS Professional version will be released to the Japanese market in February 2010. It will include a fully localized interface and server administration console.

During the visit, TN attended a meeting of the Society of Japan-Russia in the Russian Embassy. Of note this year was the inauguration of the new president of the Society, Mr. Kunio Hatoyama, succeeding his brother Yukio Hatoyama, who became Prime Minister of Japan.

October 10th, 2009 - Today the first New Dialog project internet meeting between Khabarovsk and Tokyo took place in Russia.

The New Dialog project was launched to enable students in the leading universities of Japan and Russia to connect remotely via Internet conference, to foster a creative, interactive environment for exchange of ideas, projects, and innovation.

Ground of New Dialog will allow students to instantly engage in real-time dialog across diverse regions of Russia and countries of the APR (Japan). It will also connect students from particularly remote regions with those in the center of the country, and thus alleviate social tension between young people as well as broadening of outlook of the most proactive stratum of Russian society.

June 4th, 2010 - In the house for social functions of the government of Khabarovsk Territory, the delegation of the Japanese Association of Trade with Russia and Central-East Europe (ROTOBO) gathered for a presentation of investment projects of the Territory. The projects presented represent an exciting launching point for economic growth in the region.

TN Executive General Manager Vladimir Kovalskiy was in attendance and presented "Outsourcing of Information Technologies – Background of High-Technology Partnership between Japan and the Far East”.

The presentation reflected the Company’s assessment of the current economic climate in Khabarovsk Territory, as well as the existing and potential technological capacity of TN.

Kovalskiy’s proposals for joint social and economic ventures between TN and its Japanese partners (including the “Japan-Russia” Society and others) particularly interested the participants. His innovative vision of possible collaboration between scientific, industrial, and research sectors in Russia and Japan represented a dramatic departure from traditional focus on local resource potential.

February 23, 2009 - TN representatives just returned from a productive week-long business trip to Tokyo.

The primary objective of the trip was the Company’s participation in events organized by FIIF (Forum of International IT-Companies), IT KISHYAKAI (Digital Information Transmission Society), and the "Japan-Russia" Society. TN respresentatives resolved organizational issues associated with company’s representation in Japan and met with local clients.

TN was the first Russian company to participate in FIIF and IT KISHYAKAI events, and our products received enthusiastic support from participants. The scientific, industrial, and technical potential of the Far East and Russia represents a valuable, relatively untapped asset for , our Japanese partners, who showed particular interest in growing the partnership.

Company representatives also met with the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in Japan and executive authorities of Chiba Prefecture.
